Chefs Interested in Teaching

We are looking forward to collaborate with chefs in creating and publishing a "handbook of cooking". The handbook's goal is to teach people the basics of cooking including science of fire, water, fermentation, baking, boiling, roasting, fats, spices & herbs, hygiene, etc.

The handbook will not cover recipes (that is a different project), but it should cover an introduction to Indian cuisine from a cooking perspective. In other words, when the science of cooking is explained, Indian recipes must be given priority since our core user base are Indians. When it is apt to feature other cuisines for a particular cooking technique (such as French cuisine for baking), the cuisine may be invoked in examples.

The collaboration will be a paid collaboration. We prioritize chefs with an extensive experience in teaching culinary science or have written books in this space.
