Start your day with a bath
Start your day with a bath, whether you exercised or not. It has both psychological and hygienic benefits. A bath in the morning will:
-
Reduces the sleep inertia — the drowsiness you experience after waking up.
-
Improves your alertness, awareness and focus; especially if you used cold water.
-
Cleanses your body from the dust accumulation, perspiration and oil secretion during the night. This matters more if you are to enter your kitchen in the morning.
There is a case for bathing before sleep too — cleanliness and hygiene being the most reasonable ones. Take bath twice a day and enjoy its benefits.
Taking bath twice a day is not waste of water. Any process that bring tangible benefits is not a waste. With simple and true water conservation techniques, we can ensure more than enough clean water on earth for all life forms, not just for humans.
