Wake up when you wake up
Wake up from your sleep when your sleep cycle ends naturally. This is when you wake up without any external stimuli such as alarm clocks, wake up calls or any other other external interferences. They wake you up by disrupting your sleep. Since sleep is rest and healing to your body, its disruption is not advised.
We call upon religious leaders to restrict the auditory scope of their early morning rituals1 to their own premises; and not broadcast them through loudspeakers disrupting people's sleep.
We also call upon dog owners and those who intend to buy one, that the incessant barks of a dog are often a nuisance to neighbours. While sleeping, such barking jolts the person from sleep. Therefore, we encourage ownership only if they have the patience, time and the interest to train and discipline their dogs, and the mentality to treat them good. If not, do not own a dog.
Waking up when you naturally wake up does not mean that you will wake up at inconsistent times, thus messing up your routine. If you follow a consistent sleep cycle, you will wake up naturally at a consistent time.
If, on the other hand, you don't have a consistent sleep cycle, the first thing you must do is fix your lifestyle to have a routine. You ain't gonna go far health wise with inconsistent sleep cycles anyway. So fix it and inculcate a sleep cycle.

Not just the early morning rituals, religious places must restrict the sound of all their rituals to their own premises with the exceptions to socio-cultural-religious festivals. ↩
