This is a curation of healthy habits for optimum health. Some habits discussed here have a direct relationship with your health, others contribute to your daily discipline, which subsequently have an impact on your health.

Habits are discussed here in a chronological order — habits from the moment you wake up to the moment you sleep. This order makes it easier for anyone to practice these habits. It may be impossible to follow all these habits all at once, so an incrementally adoption is advised. Big changes happen one step at a time.

We referred to science and philosophy to build this handbook, but we could be victims of cognitive biases. If anything in this handbook is inaccurate, please do let us know by contacting us through any of these channels. We would be grateful.

Although this handbook is incomplete, each habit published so far is comprehensive and useful to you. Creating a complete repository of habits is a herculean task and will take a long time. Hence, publishing whatever is consumable to you.
